We ride to cure the kids!
2014 Atlanta Ride for Kids
Thank you for visiting my donation page in honor and memory of my son, Jeremy Burwell, who died in a motorcycle accident on February 26th, 2009. Team Jeremy is registered to participate in the 2015 Atlanta Ride for Kids to support the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation which raises money for medical research and family support. We're riding to help kids and their families beat the odds against one of the deadliest forms of childhood cancer.
I appreciate everyone's generosity last year to help us bring in more than $3,400 for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation and a Team total of $17,161. That was truly amazing. Let's pull together and do it again for 2015 and see if we can top our 2014 Team total.
Of all the donations you can give, none will benefit children in need, more than this. There is no greater pain than losing a child, whether it is by an accident or a disease. I've been riding in the Ride for Kids for many years and it has touched my life in many ways. My friends and I are committed to riding in this event as long as we can. Morissa and I will continue as Task Force Leaders for the 2015 Ride for Kids, because we believe in this cause so deeply.
Thank you for thinking of my son and for contributing in a way that will help others. This is something you can do, that could literally save a child's life. Please give what you can and join us for the 2015 Atlanta Ride for Kids. Many thanks for your support -- and please forward this to anyone who you think might want to contribute too!
