Thanks for reviewing and possibly joining Team Jeremy. This team is here to remember my son and the other children who have passed away. My son died in a motorcycle accident in February 2009 at the age of 20. I think of our loss and try to have some understanding of what these families have to endure as they try to stop the cancer that has taken hold of their children. Some of these families fight for decades before losing the battle. Fortunately more children are winning the battle, but too many children have other impairments caused by the treatments. There is much more to do to find better treatments and hopefully one day a cure.
Our team is registered to participate in Ride for Kids to support the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. Ride for Kids is a national motorcycle event that raises money for medical research and family support. We're riding to help kids and their families beat the odds against one of the deadliest forms of childhood cancer.
Help us reach our fundraising goal and support our team as we join hundreds of other motorcyclists on a ride to cure the kids. You can donate online -- it's safe, secure and easy.
Please email me back if you have questions about Ride for Kids. I hope you are able to support our team and join us at the Cumming Fairground on June 4th, 2017 for the Atlanta Ride for Kids event.
