Shining a light (and a little sweat) on pediatric brain tumors!
Dear Family and Friends,
My sneakers are tied and I’m ready to hit the pavement this Saturday at Christian Herter Park on the Charles River in Boston to support the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation.
I’ve registered to participate in the Starry Night 5K which is a new event dedicated to shining a light on pediatric brain tumors and taking a stand against the deadliest form of childhood cancer. Following the nightime walk/run, we will light the nighttime sky with lanterns to show support and hope for a cure.
Can you help me reach my fundraising goal and support me as I join hundreds of other runners and walkers to cure the kids?
The funds we raise will provide critically needed research into the more than 100 types of childhood brain tumors and provide support services for local families.
You can donate online. Please email me if you have questions about Starry Night or the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation at email@example.com
I’ll keep you updated on my progress!
